A “Eppur si – Consultoria, Análise e Formação Forense, Lda.”, é um projecto fruto da necessidade, da experiência adquirida, da teorização da prática e do profundo conhecimento e reconhecimento do estado da administração e realização da Justiça em Portugal.

Surge no mercado português, pioneira e disruptiva, porque é importante para o Cliente existir quem possa ofertar “saber fazer e fazer bem”.

A “Eppur si...” deve aos seus Clientes e à Justiça unicamente a Verdade como ela se apresenta no contexto em que se encontrar a prestar os seus serviços. Se a Verdade contradisser o Cliente, a Justiça ou aquilo em que acreditam inicialmente os profissionais da “Eppur si...”, a garantia é unívoca: honestidade intelectual e a certeza de um urbano, ainda que feroz, combate sem tréguas pela verdade dos factos.

Na Ciência somente os factos interessam e são determinantes. Assim também o é para a “Eppur si...”. Ciência e Factos, não opinião ou promessas vãs: “A certeza está em nós a Verdade está nos factos!”
Na “Eppur si..” apenas tornamos real o possível, não prometemos ou afirmamos aquilo que o Cliente deseja ouvir ou escutamos e obedecemos ao que os poderes e interesses estabelecidos ditam.

Cobramos pelos nossos serviços, mas somente quando resulta do cálculo racional e honesto das variáveis em jogo a real expectativa de se vencer. Não exploramos as necessidades presentes que invariavelmente obrigam quem necessita a submeter-se aos que, com ludibrio e foco no ganho fácil, prestam falso auxílio ofertando pernicioso facilitismo.

Trabalhamos o problema numa perspectiva holística, obedecendo a uma incontornável ética intelectual iluminista, buscando incansável e conscientemente os erros e a correcção dos mesmos através de uma crítica constante.

Definimos a nossa estratégia de actuação junto do Cliente e do problema apresentado por este, juntando as informações, verificando-as e modificando a nossa acção em função das informações recolhidas e dos acasos encontrados no caminho: trabalhamos para diminuir o peso da arbitrariedade.

Eppur si - Consultoria, Análise e Formação Forense, Lda.", is a project born from the need, from the acquired experience, from the theorization of the practice and from the deep knowledge and recognition of the state of the administration and performance of Justice in Portugal.

It appears in the Portuguese market, pioneer and disruptive, because it is important for the Client to have someone who can offer "knowing how to do and do it well".
Eppur si..." owes to its Clients and to Justice only the Truth as it presents itself in the context in which it provides its services. If the Truth contradicts the Client, Justice or what the professionals of "Eppur si..." initially believe, the guarantee is unequivocal: intellectual honesty and the certainty of an urban, albeit fierce, fight without truce for the search of the evidence of facts.

In science, only the facts matter and are decisive. So it is for "Eppur si...".
Science and Facts, not opinion or empty promises: "Certainty is in us the Truth is in the facts!" At "Eppur si..." we only make real what is possible, we do not promise or affirm what the Client wants to hear or listen to and obey what the established powers and interests dictate.

We charge for our services, but only when it results from the rational and honest calculation of the variables at play the real expectation of winning. We don't exploit the present needs that invariably force those in need to submit to those who, with deceit and focus on easy gain, provide false help by offering pernicious facilitation.

We work the problem from a holistic perspective, obeying an unavoidable enlightened intellectual ethic, tirelessly and consciously searching for errors and their correction through constant criticism.

We define our strategy of action with the Client and the problem presented by him, gathering information, verifying it, and modifying our action according to the information gathered and the incidents encountered along the way: we work to reduce the weight of arbitrariness.
